Legal notice - ATROPHY
Version: 20 October 2026.
1. Seller and store operator
The online store at atrophy.pl, trading as Atrophy, is operated by Paulina Kołodziejczyk, trading as Paulina Kołodziejczyk, registered in CEIDG, NIP 8291760799. Business and correspondence address: ul. Piotrkowska 276A, 90-361 Łódź, Poland. Email: hello@atrophy.pl. This address accepts order questions, complaints, withdrawal notices and reports about store content.
2. Current seller and earlier purchases
Since 20 October 2026, sales in the current Atrophy store have been operated by Paulina Kołodziejczyk, NIP 8291760799. Other businesses previously traded under the Atrophy name. The seller for a particular contract is identified by the order confirmation, proof of purchase and transaction terms.
The current store was not launched by acquiring the earlier operator's business. The atrophy.pl domain was acquired on the open market. Use of the Instagram profile is based on access provided by a third party and does not mean that the earlier seller's business was acquired.
The current seller has not agreed to take over the previous operator's business, orders or liabilities, and has not taken over its goods, old order records or customer payments. The current seller has no contact enabling it to handle those transactions with the earlier operator.
Claims arising from a purchase from another business should be addressed to the seller that was party to that contract, without prejudice to any other liability arising under law. A shared brand name, domain, email address or social profile does not by itself establish that the seller is the same.
If you need help identifying a seller, contact hello@atrophy.pl with the information needed to identify the transaction. Receiving an enquiry for clarification does not constitute an assumption of another business's obligations or acknowledgement of a particular debt. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or authorisation codes.
The current seller is responsible for its own contracts and in other cases required by law. A change of seller does not invalidate earlier contracts, remove acquired customer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. The start date does not give new documents retroactive effect: each contract remains subject to the terms presented and agreed when it was concluded.
3. Shopping documents
See our terms of service, shipping and pre-order policy, returns and complaints policy and privacy policy. Product offers contain the relevant fulfilment dates.
4. Content rights
Store photographs, graphics, text, designs and marks are protected to the extent provided by law. Rights may belong to the seller or other right holders. Use outside what the law permits requires an appropriate legal basis or permission. Report suspected infringements to hello@atrophy.pl, identifying the material and issue. This notice does not restrict statutory customer rights.
