Welcome to the Atrophy store. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atrophy. Atrophy operates this online store and the website www.atrophy.pl, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (“Services”).
Atrophy Store operates on Shopify technology, which enables us to provide you with our Services.
These Terms, together with related policies (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use the Services, you must be of legal age in your place of residence. You may allow minors under your care to use the Services on devices you own or control.
We may ask you to provide information such as your email address, billing address, shipping address, or payment details. You represent that this information is accurate and up to date.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and any activity in the store. You may not transfer or sell your account to others.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make every effort to present our products accurately. Colors and appearance may differ from those displayed on your screen depending on your device settings.
We do not guarantee that products will meet all expectations, although we strive for the highest quality.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time. We may limit sales of certain products to specific countries, individuals, or quantities.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Atrophy reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
An order becomes effective once confirmed by email and after payment has been received.
Please carefully review your order before checkout. After an order is accepted, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Product prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one at the time of purchase, confirmed by email.
Prices are listed in PLN and include VAT. For international orders, prices may be shown in local currency (e.g., EUR, USD). The final charge depends on the exchange rate and your payment provider’s or bank’s rules.
Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes, which are listed separately.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We ship in Poland and worldwide via couriers, InPost parcel lockers, and Orlen Paczka.
Delivery time depends on the country and carrier (Poland: 1–3 days, EU: 5–10 days, rest of the world: 7–21 days).

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available in the store (logos, photos, descriptions, graphics, designs) is owned by Atrophy or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Use without our written consent is prohibited.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The refund also covers the cost of the cheapest shipping method offered at purchase. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or not as described.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Atrophy store operates on the Shopify platform. Sales and order handling are carried out solely by Atrophy. Shopify is not responsible for any claims related to purchases in our store.

SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at www.atrophy.pl.
Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
